產品簡介：胰酶細胞消化液(Trypsin-EDTA Solution)含 0.25%胰酶（Trypsin）和 0.02%EDTA，不含Ca2＋和 Mg2＋。該消化液已用 0.22 μm 濾膜過濾除菌，可以直接用于培養細胞的消化，或者一些組織的消化。本胰酶細胞消化液具有方便快速的特點，通常室溫消化 1 分鐘左右就可以消化下大多數貼壁細胞。使用說明：貼壁細胞的消化：1、吸去培養液，用無菌的 PBS、Hanks 液或無血清培養液洗滌細胞一次，以去除殘余的血清。2、加入少量胰酶細胞消化液，略蓋過細胞即可，室溫放置 30 秒至 2 分鐘。不同的細胞消化時間有所不同。3、顯微鏡下觀察，細胞明顯收縮，并且肉眼觀察培養器皿底部發現細胞的形態發生明顯的變化，或者用槍吹打細胞發現細胞剛好可以被吹打下來；此時吸除胰酶細胞消化液；加入含血清的完全細胞培養液，吹打下細胞，即可直接用于后續實驗。4、如果發現消化不足，則加入胰酶細胞消化液重新消化。5、如果發現細胞消化時間過長，未及吹打細胞，細胞已經有部分直接從培養器皿底部脫落，直接用胰酶細胞培養液把細胞全部吹打下來。1000-2000g 離心 1 分鐘，沉淀細胞，盡量去除胰酶細胞消化液后，加入含血清的完全培養液重新懸浮細胞，即可用于后續實驗。 組織的消化：不同的組織需要消化的時間相差很大，通常以消化后可以充分打散組織為宜。注意事項：1、 在使用胰酶細胞消化液的過程中要特別注意避免消化液被細菌污染。2、 胰酶細胞消化液消化細胞時間不宜過長，否則細胞鋪板后生長狀況會較差。保存條件：4℃保存；長期貯存于-20℃中；-20℃貯存下保存一年。
